This item is so beautiful!
This item was used as a memorial keepsake! The recipient had just lost his wife and she was a best friend of mine! It looks so very nice for real! I was not disappointed but overjoyed as to how beautiful it is! I would order this item again!! Thank you! I could not copy a photo! So very sorry!

Damaged
One of the chimes was laying on the bottom. The string is broken and now for all of them to match we need to change all of them. Dealing with the death of a dear friend is enough but now I need to worry about taking time to have to fix this by tomorrow. Not happy 😣

Disappointed....
I purchased this to send to my co-worker who just lost her brother. I was disappointed to see "treasure" looks like "leasure" and the "y" in "my" is messed up as well. The more upsetting part is the cheap string that the chimes are hanging from instead of the clear string advertised/seen in some other peoples reviews. Two were completely broken off so I had to remove the rest and fix it with random string I had. It is a beautiful stone, but it's very disappointing when you have to fix an item the moment you receive it.....

Letters were incomplete
Purchased this to place on my husband's grave for Valentine's Day. I can't speak to sturdiness as I haven't put it out yet. I would have returned it but wanted to put it out on the anniversary of his death. So I used a permanent marker to fill in letters where the words were illegible. I like the piece and hope it holds up.

I accidentally broke my wife's ornament, this was the exact piece. Packaged well, delivered fast, wife was happy again!

Love it!
The chimes are gentle sound which is perfect! I was afraid it was going to be small but it's just the right size. It seems to be a little light so just used wire to fasten it to the ground in case a big wind tries to blow it away. I am very happy with my purchase!

Smashed !!
What should have been a lovely memory for a much loved pet was smashed all along the bottom. No response from the seller, really expensive for what it was . Not happy!!
