Delicious!
Wow! This Yerba mate is delightful, smooth and delicious. Great taste! Love this! If you’re new to mate then this is a great starting point. If you’re experienced and love the bitterness of traditional Yerba mate then you might not prefer it as much. The vendor was great as well! Fast shipping, product in great condition. Reordering !!!

If you know what it is this is the one to get
A South American tea drink from a local plant. Argentinians say this is the best brand. Can get very bitter and strong if you the amount of loaves suggested, which per my taste is too much leaves

My first experience with yerba mate
I purchased this specific blend for the fact that it isn't as bitter as others. While it does have some bitterness to it, I found that adding a small amount of honey brought out the citrus flavor, which I personally enjoyed. It gave me the morning kick I needed without the acidity of coffee. I was able to refill my cup 5 or 6 times without having to refresh the leaves. However, as much as I loved it, I wound up throwing the leaves in the trash after finding out that prolonged consumption of yerba mate is associated with throat, mouth, and lung cancer. Given that I already have brain cancer I figured it might not be the thing for me.
