Have not yet had any problems but did have a problem with another non HP ink supplier that started having print problems about halfway thru its supply. Just have to wait and see

Hi had previously ordered this cartridge for my HP 8715 and I guess it was before the June 2019 firmware update. I had ordered it in May. When I went to replace the cartridges, they did not work because of the new firmware update. I didn't know what to d so I contacted the seller and he immediately responded and told me that he will refund the old ones and for me to place an order for the new ones with the new chip that works despite the upgrade. I placed the order and I just received the new version of the cartridges and they work beautifully. Thank you for changing my cartridges for the new ones. They work great now.

This is a follow up original order cartridge to work contacted king way who promptly responded that H P had change the chip recently and they would send me a new one with the update a chip which promptly arrived and works great

These refill cartridges were supposedly re-chipped so that they would work in my HP Designjet printer. After hours of wasted time I finally gave up. I did all the usual things except deleting and reloading the printer software, which would be extreme. Despite everything, the printer kept displaying it's problem message. I have worked with computers and printers since 1973 so am no novice when it comes to these things. I have 5 HP printers in my home now, from everyday to laser to 24 inch plotters, and the only ink problem I have ever had is with these. Returning them tomorrow and going back to the (ripoff) real thing. :-(. Just hope i didn't damage my printer from putting these replacements in and out 20 times trying to get them to work.

Had to take out a reinstall a couple cartridges to get them to work but afterwards they worked perfectly!

I have been fighting with these cartridges for a couple of weeks now. No amount of cleaning seems to improve the print quality. And the amount of missing and/or streaking ink is so bad the printer is unable to align the heads which adds to poor quality.

Do not buy, the chips fall off the cartridges and the printer reads on like half of them not designed for continuous feed ink system whatever that means

I’m handicapped I don’t have good hand dexterity so, I asked someone to replace the ink cartridges for me. They had no trouble following the included directions. This was a very economical solution to a much needed problem. I’m glad I came across this replacement ink.
