Q: Light didn’t work and by trying to hit it a few times on a hard surface I think it broke 😢 can you advise what you can do please?

I've had 2 broken ones sent to me that didn't flash at all they seem to have a habit of sending faulty items as this is the 2nd broken one I've had! Won't refund me unless I can print a label but no ups down here and I have no printer so felt robbed as was a gift

Q: Can you get refills for this pen??

Could probably just take the insides out of any regular biro and swap them out. Thats all this one is, a glorified biro with a light up rubber ball on the end.

Q: Can the pen be turned off? Or the battery be removed?

The light will only activate for a short while when triggered with a flick, tap or knock on its head. The light will turn off on its own. We do not recommend removing the batteries as this will damage the product.

Pen was not new..

One of the strings on the head was dirty and as if burnt by a lighter. Maybe it was a return... otherwise fun little pen, nice vibrant color
