I received the item but the black cartridge was faulty which might happen with refills but I emailed them letting them know the situation I spoke to Jessica who was fantastic and they resolved the situation and sent me a new one the next day and works perfectly, fantastic service and would highly recommend. From 1 star to 5 stars - Black Cartridge Issue
I made a review of 1 start and explained why, my black cartridge after a few prints stopped working.I was then contacted by Kingsway and Kristine, that simply said they were going to send me a new one with express delivery.Today I received it with an extra color one, and it's working fine.That feeling of having bought a defective product and wasted money disappeared and I have the opposite that I shouldn't have a free color cartridge because of the trouble.I guess this is what all companies should do and address the issues fast and in a simple way.So from my first review of 1 start I can now give 5 starts, really enjoyed the support from Kristine where in the end I fell I can trust this company and can buy from them again.And NO this is not a paid review I am a genuine Amazon customer and traditionally don't do reviews on products.Thanks Kristine.

Failed after printing just one page.
Purchased in March this year but only just needed to replace the black cartridge a few days ago. It failed after printing one page! Really not happy. Reading other reviews it seems I’m not the first this has happened to.
