Was worth it
I ordered this Bag for my husband we are going on a trip in a couple months and they sent the wrong bag. I was so angry, however customer service was wonderful. They immediately took care of the problem and resent the correct the bag. in addition, they had issues sending the free return lable but they resolved that as well. Once the bag reach we were very pleased with the quality and the look of the bag. Its perfect! My husband loves the fact he can wear ir as a backpack or a duffle bag. We have no regrets even with the issues that happened.

Color me surprised!
I got it as a daily deal so I wasn't going to be too disappointed if it was less than amazing but I was not prepared for how great it is. Pockets galore and durable! If those weren't enough, you can carry or strap this bag on in ways I haven't even found yet. Officially my overnight and hiking bag for as long as it holds up. First big test will be Colorado and I have no doubt it will be excellent. Great product!

Solid pack but a bit on the heavy side
Liked the look and comfort. Not crazy about the side opening as it makes it hard to pack.

Great for Traveling
This bag is very useful when traveling. It may however offer too much space for everyday use.

Loved it.
It's a little heavy, but it served it's purpose well - one bag for a quick overnight business trip. Laptop was well protected and there was plenty of room for other items.

Add an external easy access belt loop bag.
Great personal backpack. Handles fit perfect over extended handle from roller bag. Needs one more small external easy access pocket to put phone and ID for easy access. Bought 4x6 canvas bag with belt loop. Now perfect.

Great bag!
Very durable material and just our style. I only wish it fit a little more. We almost fit everything needed for a three day weekend trip for two, almost! (With packing cubes)
