I just got it today. It was nicely wrapped. Oh and read the manual first! I opened the latch and closed it and it made a very loud clunk sound, you have to squeeze the latch when opening and closing it. I tested it immediately and got over the top waffles. Just as pictured, i got some bowl waffles oh yea! My recipe worked well for this waffle maker as well. Mine came out perfect for just a little under 2 minutes. You can easily eyeball when it's done just by looking at the steam. You don't have to brush the insides with oil every time you pour a batter, i just brushed some oil during the start and that's about it. Will be getting one again soon!
