Even before Covid, we started swabbing the inside of our nostrils as soon as we board a flight. The air that we breathe in through our noses on the flights is going past this zinc. Plus it helps boost our immune systems. Since we have started this protocol, we haven't gotten sick after flying.

when i first used it i kind was using it like vicks, it works then stuff you up. its actually vice versa. you sill still be stuffed up and then maybe 20 minutes later you will be breathing out of nowhere. well worth the money and will continues using when sick. i can even reuse the swab i used in the first place quite a bit. i just lay it diagonally so nothing spills out.

I have allergies and these are super helpful to clean your nasal passages. Each one stays moist for a couple of days. I think they are definitely worth having if you have dryness or congested nasl passages. I am on oxygen so I try to always have some by my bedside.

If you have any type of sinus problems or even have frequent sinus infections you must try these. Not to replace your doctor's treament but help open your sinnuses, ease the pressure and even reduce the pain of a headache. It does really work and I love them.

These are so awesome! I actually bought them by mistake originally, but it was a happy accident! They are great for when your allergies flare up, but it’s not yet time to take an allergy pill or for when you don’t have an allergy pill on hand. It definitely helps calm everything down without having to take any drugs. You can use whenever needed because they’re drug-free. I’m a huge fan now, just bought 2 more boxes. Very handy. *Only complaint is that I did have had 1 or 2 swabs not snap open the way they are supposed to, but it didn’t keep me from buying again.

Not as good as previous forms

If I have even an inkling of a cold coming on I start using the swabs and the Zicam tabs you allow to dissolve in the mouth. I can't remember the last time I've had a cold, been decades.
