These Pyle 3-way Mini Box Speaker System - 3.5 Inch 200 Watt Waterproof Marine Grade Mount Speakers are just OK. They are small enough to mount just about anywhere and they look nice. I put two in my ATV and they don't intrude on the interior space. They are easy to mount and connect. They use plastic mounting support arms which are OK, but I would have preferred metal. The sound is acceptable when playing music, as long as you don't play the music too loud or with too much bass. I have a 12V Pioneer radio with "Bass Boost" and they cannot handle the bass boost feature at all! So, I have to turn this feature off for these speakers. Otherwise, they distort the bass very badly. As long as the music you play on them isn't heavy on bass or the volume isn't above about 60% of max, these will work. Talking (listening to disc jockeys) comes across without much distortion at all. I used 16ga. speaker wire instead of the smaller gauge wire that they come with. I didn't want to spend very much money, since they were to be used in an ATV, so I got what I paid for.....waterproof speakers that will give me acceptable sound, within limits!

Stopped working in a week
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I bought these as a cheap replacement for older ones that broke. They worked well for a week or two and then one speaker became muffled and eventually stopped working. All in all not really worth the money. Spend the extra cash and get something better.
