length about 6.5" shorter
I ordered the 12x20 and eventho they said to allow for shrinkage it was about 6.5" short so we had to make do with it.This size replacement is hard to find so that is why I'm keeping it. It seems to be pretty thick and I'm hoping it does withstand the heat of Summer without spliting like the original one did.This one is thicker material than the original one.I did buy the extended coverage but hopefully won't have to use it.

It runs a little small
I like that it came on time and that all the pieces came together. I did order a larger size and I felt it was still small. other than it did fit enough where I was able to use it but I wish it was just a little larger. So you might want to order an extra larger size in order for it to fit.

It is a nice coverCame with out bungee balls but their customer service sent me a credit

Good size and comes with the bungees
I replaced my old tarp from a costco tent from years ago. I thought this one would be a little thicker, but it seems sturdy enough to hold up - hopefully as long as my old one of 20 years ago.
